✨ Introducing Our First Retreat — Led by Mother & Daughter ✨
We are so excited to invite you to a very special day we’ve been dreaming up for a long time—our first joint retreat, blending our passions, gifts, and love of self‑expression. The Express Yourself Retreat is a full day of freeing your voice, body, and creativity without judgement. Together, we’ll explore yoga, dance, sound, meditation, and vision‑boarding—each practice gently guiding you back to your authentic self.
This retreat is led by a mother–daughter duo bringing together years of experience and two wonderfully complementary approaches to expression:
🌿My mum, Kath Brooks, a qualified yoga instructor and dance teacher, brings her deep understanding of movement, grounding, and embodied flow.
🎵 And me, Emily Brooks (Brooksie Wyld) an experienced drum‑circle facilitator, meditation guide, and former vocal coach and voiceover artist—I’ll be weaving in rhythm, sound, and playful vocal exploration to help you reconnect with your inner voice.
Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy a nutritious, delicious lunch and snacks, lovingly prepared to nourish you from the inside out. We’ll be gathering in the beautiful and historic Quatt Village Hall, a rural haven with a warm and uplifting energy. It feels like the perfect home for a day dedicated to creativity, connection, and self‑expression—and we’re so pleased to welcome you there.

I have spent over 15 years mastering my craft. Singing every hour of the day, tapping away to regain control of my mind and body, learning from the best teachers, and being in awe of how powerful the nature surrounding us can be.
I’ve worked in every industry you can think of, but wellness has always come back to me, in one way or another. I have gifts that need to be shared…and so do you.
