Brooksie Wyld
Hi, I’m Brooksie — a lifelong explorer of meditation, rhythm, and simple ways to feel more grounded in a busy world. I lead meditations as part of workshops and drum circles, weaving calm into community spaces through breath, presence, and sound.
I started meditating as a teenager, mainly to cope with anxiety, depression, and the pressure of exams and what I later discovered as undiagnosed ADHD. Back then, meditation was still considered a bit “out there,” but I stuck with it because it worked — and because it gave me a sense of peace I couldn’t find anywhere else. That early practice became the gateway to a lifetime of exploring holistic healing.
I grew up in the Black Country, surrounded by grey skies and the hum of industry, but I discovered something colourful and alive within — the inner space where mind, body, and spirit could rest and realign. That’s what I hope to share with others today: not perfection, not performance — just real tools for real life.
I don’t talk in jargon, I don’t claim to be a guru, and I’m definitely not a master of anything. I'm just an average working person who happens to be deeply passionate about living a little lighter, with more presence and purpose. I believe meditation doesn’t have to be fancy or formal — just honest, simple, and human.
Let’s sit together, breathe, and see what unfolds.

I’ve kept these lessons short and sweet. No need to overload yourself. Just dive in whenever you want to.
-
The course is self-paced, so you can go through each section in your own time and go back if you want to.
-
This isn’t about “fixing” yourself or becoming super-spiritual. It’s down-to-earth, human-first guidance, led by someone who knows what it’s like to navigate anxiety, stress, and modern life. No jargon, no guru-vibes — just connection, curiosity, and compassion.
-
While many people with anxiety, depression, and stress find meditation helpful (myself included), this course is not a substitute for professional support. If you're under the care of a mental health provider, it’s a good idea to check in with them first.
